Sinochem Liaoning Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinochem Liaoning), established in 1950, is located in Dalian, Liaoning, with a registered capital of RMB 154.43 million. It is one of the earliest national professional foreign trade companies in China. Sinochem Liaoning focuses on petrochemical logistics business, fully undertakes the distribution work of unified marketing and self-management business of Sinochem Distribution, actively expands market-oriented resources, and has become the only professional logistics company within the Group that concurrently engages in oil and chemicals distribution, the leading non-vessel operating common carrier and freight forwarder in China, and the national comprehensive service-oriented 4A logistics enterprise.

Sinochem Liaoning has a professional logistics management team set up by several experienced captains, first officers, and dispatchers to carry out overall management of about 2.6 million tons of capacity and more than 10 chartered ships online. The Company has issued more than 20 system documents such as Logistics Service Provider Management, continuously built and improved the logistics business information management platform, and passed the "Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health" three system certification of Lloyd's in the UK. Dalian Sinochem Chengxin Warehousing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Liaoning, is located at No. 871 Northwest Road, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City. The Houge warehouse under its jurisdiction has 240,000 m2 of self-owned land, with a total area of 80,000 m2, it is one of the largest ordinary goods storage enterprises in Dalian's traditional Gezhenpu storage industrial zone. In recent years, it has invested more than RMB 40 million in safety production and upgrading, and the warehouse area has taken on a new look, aiming to become a distribution service center for fast consumer goods and cold chain logistics in Dalian and its surrounding cities.

Since the logistics transformation in early 2015, Sinochem Liaoning has accumulated 23 million tons of refined oil and chemical products in the past five years. It is expected to exceed 8 million tons in 2020. Currently, Sinochem Liaoning has realized the combination of sea, land, and multimodal transportation of all kinds of oil and chemical products.
