Mr. Liu Chun served as general Manager of Sinochem International Oil （Singapore）Pet. Ltd. and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Oil Co., Ltd.

Mr.Liu graduated from Tsinghua University in 1995 with a master degree in Department of Chemical Engineering & Biochemistry.

Mr. Wang Guolun worked at the Investigation Section of the Supervision Bureau of Daishan County, Zhejiang, and served as Director of the Business Department, Assistant to General Manager, and Deputy General Manager at Sinochem Xingzhong Oil Staging (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Sinopec Shanghai Orient Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. (now Sinochem Orient Shanghai Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd.). 

Mr. Wang graduated from Nankai University as a Bachelor of Science in 1990, and obtained a master degree in management from Fudan University in 2004. He was certified as Senior Economist in 1999 and Intermediate Registered Safety Engineer in 2012. 

Mr. Wang Xiaoling served as Manager of Executive Department of Sinochem Oil Shanghai Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of Sinochem Oil Jiangsu Co., Ltd., Supply Director of Sinochem Total Oil Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Sinochem Oil Shanghai Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Wang successively obtained a bachelor degree and a master degree both in management in 2005 and 2016 from University of International Business and Economics. 

Mr. Zhang Tao served as Senior Auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Assistant to General Manager of the Finance Department of Sinochem Petroleum Exploration & Production Co., Ltd., Manager of Finance Department and General Manager of Planning Department of Atlantis, Financial Director, and General Manager of Risk Management Department at Emerald Energy PLC Sucursal Colombia, and Manager of Financial Accounting Department of Sinochem Group.

Mr. Zhang graduated from University of International Business and Economics in 2000 with a bachelor degree in economics. 

Mr. Guo Hui served as Manager of No.1 Chemical Product Department of Sinochem Pudong Trading Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of No.1 Chemical Product Department of Sinochem International Co., Ltd., General Manager of No.2 Chemical Business Department and Assistant to General Manager of Sinochem Trading (Singapore) Pte Ltd., Deputy General Manager and Senior Marketing Director of Sinochem Plastics Co., Ltd. (meanwhile taking an additional post as Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Trading (Singapore) Pte Ltd. from July 2010 to September 2015), and Senior Marketing Director of Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Guo graduated from Tsinghua University in 1991 with a bachelor degree in economics. 

Mr. Shen Fei served as Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs Office of Xicheng Branch of Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, Performance Supervision Manager of Auditing Department, Manager of Economic Responsibility Audit, and Deputy General Manager of Audit Department of Audit Compliance Department at Sinochem Group, and Director of Supervision and Audit Department of Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Shen graduated from Beijing College of Finance and Commerce in 1994 with a bachelor degree in economics. 

Mr. Cao Yifeng worked at the Human Resources Department of Air China Limited, and served as Director of HR Department of Sinochem Group Oil Center, Deputy Director of General Manager Office of Sinochem Yangzhou Petrochemical Terminal S Co., Ltd., Manager of HR Department of Sinochem Oil (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Organization Development Department of Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Co., Ltd.

Mr. Cao graduated from Inner Mongolia University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He later obtained a master degree in management from Renmin University of China in 2010, and a master degree in management from KEDGE Business School in Marseille, France during the same period.  

Mr. Zhou Jiankang served as Deputy Manager and Manager of No.1 Dyestuff Department, Assistant to General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Liaoning Co., Ltd., General Manager of East China Branch, and General Manager of No. 4 Chemicals Department and concurrently General Manager of East China Branch at Sinochem Petrochemical Distribution Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Zhou graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 1990 with a Master of Science degree in fine chemical engineering. In 2000, he was certified as Senior International Business Engineer. 

Mr. Wu Guang served as Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager in charge of operations, Manager of Marketing Department at Beijing Magavision Membrane Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.; Senior Supervisor of Commercial Department, Assistant to General Manager of Management Department, Deputy General Manager of Risk Management Department in charge of operations, Deputy General Manager of HR Department, Deputy General Manager of Catalytic Project Department, Deputy General Manager of No.1 Refining Department, General Manager of Risk Management Department, General Manager of Enterprise Management Department, and General Manager of Petrochemical Catalytic Operation Department at Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Wu graduated from Tsinghua University in June 2003 with a master degree in engineering.
